What you do or don’t do just after an auto accident has significant impact on the success of your case.

April 12, 2017 by The Law Office of Travis Williams

The top five things you should do (or have someone do for you) if you are involved in an auto accident:

1.Call law enforcement.

2.Obtain contact information from the other drivers & car owners to include name, address, phone, license #, tag, registration, and insurance information.

3.Take photos of vehicles involved, damages, marks on the road, and any injuries.

4.Tell the responding officer of all injuries.

5.See a medical provider immediately or within a few days of the accident.
