As a young lawyer, Mr. Wiseman gained an insider's perspective working for insurance companies defending the rights of their insureds in personal injury law suits of all types. Today, he has switched sides and now uses that experience to protect the rights of people injured in car, motorcycle, pedestrian and truck accidents, slip and fall, dog bite, defective packaging and product, and nursing home neglect and abuse cases.

We handle all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. Our attorney's fee, if we are successful, will be a percentage of your total recovery. We will advance all expenses needed to hire experts and prepare your case. Those expenses will be deducted from any recovery. If we are unable to obtain compensation for you, you will not owe us a penny.
