Travis Williams
Attorney Travis Williams gained valuable criminal law experience as a former state prosecutor for Orange and Osceola counties in Florida. He has tried a wide range of criminal cases and spent many hours in the courtroom developing his skills. Mr. Williams is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Florida. In addition, Mr. Williams is regularly appointed by the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida to represent individuals charged with federal crimes.
Attorney Travis Williams is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He also belongs to the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Attorney Travis Williams obtained his bachelor's degree with honors from Florida State University. He also graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law. He received the Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award and worked as a judicial clerk for the Sixth Judicial Circuit during law school.

Simon Wiseman
Simon Wiseman was born in a small town on the outskirts of London, England. Simon arrived in the United States of America 16 years ago on a college soccer scholarship. After successfully captaining his college soccer team and graduating with honors in English literature, Simon went on to law school at Stetson University College of Law.
After graduating from Stetson in May 2000, Simon followed his passion for trial work by joining the State Attorney's office in Orlando, Florida, as a prosecutor During his time as a State prosecutor, Simon was lead trial counsel in approximately 40 jury trials, including a murder trial and a high- profile prosecution of a police officer In Osceola County, Florida. After leaving the State Attorney's office, Simon joined a prominent Orlando law firm, where he spent 3 1/2 years gaining further trial experience as a personal injury and commercial litigator.
In December 2005, Simon joined the firm of Paul & Coppock, P.A. now renamed David A. Paul & Assoc., where he was part of a dynamic team providing first class representation to clients in matters involving personal injury and wrongful death arising out of automobile/truck/motorcycle accidents, nursing home negligence, products liability, animal attack cases, and other negligence cases. In January, 2008, Simon and Travis formed the law firm of Williams & Wiseman, P.A. and are proud to help people in criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability and nursing home negligence matters. Simon and Travis have successfully tried numerous cases since joining forces and are proud of their excellent trial record.
Simon is also admitted and licensed by the Solicitor's Regulation Authority as a Solicitor (lawyer) in England and Wales, which allows him to practice law in both England and Wales. Simon represents English, Welsh and Scottish clients who have suffered personal injury while in America. Usually these personal injuries result from car accidents or slip and falls. Most of his English, Welsh and Scottish clients go back to the United Kingdom to treat for their injuries. Knowing that Simon is a solicitor gives his clients from the United Kingdom comfort and confidence. Also, they know he understands the complicated web of socialized medicine (National Health System) which needs to be navigated in any personal injury case.
Away from the practice of law, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and son, Ethan. Simon has been active coaching children's soccer in Central Florida for over 15 years. He also enjoys running, playing golf, snow skiing, soccer (coaching children and playing), and tennis.
